I qualified as an Integrative Psychotherapist. This means I am trained in a variety of different therapeutic approaches that I am able to integrate and tailor to suit your specific needs. These approaches include:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Psychoanalysis, Person-Centred/Humanistic and Existential therapy.
I also have an interest in the benefits of exercise, music and art on psychological well-being.
Making the decision to begin counselling is never easy and I respect the courage and commitment required to undertake this process.
